Mash beans, mix in all other ingredients. Mix well and form patties. Let chill overnight. Grill, bake or broil until done. Eat solo, or topped with hummus, greens, tomato, etc. on Ezekiel burger buns (available at Whole Foods).
Steak Fries Bake several large potatoes. Let cool overnight. Cut cold potatoes lengthwise into steak fries. Place under broiler till golden brown.
