E2 Challenge (Fire Cadet & Fire Fighter)

THE E2 CHALLENGE
Based on Rip Esselstyn’s Book, The Engine 2 Diet
If you have already done a clean food challenge or want to just dive right in, then the E2 Challenge is for you!  You will be eating 100% plant based!  


Fire Cadet: A Slower Introduction into the E2 diet

Week One: No DAIRY. This includes all dairy -milk, cheese, creams, yogurt, butter, ice cream, and sour cream. Also, no processed or refined foods – no white rice, white flour, white pasta, white bread, and anything else that is processed: cakes, cookies, unhealthy chips, sodas, etc.

Week Two: No MEAT. No chicken, beef, pork, fish, seafood. Think – If it has a mother I will NOT eat it.

Week Three: No OIL. No olive, canola, coconut, safflower etc.

Week Four: YOU ARE ON THE E2 DIET!

Fire Fighter: JUMP RIGHT IN!

No DAIRY, MEAT, & OIL for 4 WEEKS!
