Cadet: A Slower Introduction into the E2 diet
Week One: No DAIRY. This includes all dairy -milk, cheese, creams, yogurt,
butter, ice cream, and sour cream. Also, no processed or refined foods – no
white rice, white flour, white pasta, white bread, and anything else that is
processed: cakes, cookies, unhealthy chips, sodas, etc.
Week Two: No MEAT. No chicken, beef, pork, fish, seafood. Think – If it
has a mother I will NOT eat it.
Week Three: No OIL. No olive, canola, coconut, safflower etc.
Week Four: YOU ARE ON THE E2
DIET!
